VESSEL BASED NON GUIDED TROPHY BLACK BEAR HUNTS

We are pleased to offer two different vessel based non guided black bear hunts.  One that will originate out of Whittier, Alaska for the Prince William Sound and one out of Homer for the Kenai Peninsula.  You can’t go wrong with either hunt.  They both run 4 nights, 5 days and offer long hunting days.  They both offer breathtaking scenery, abundant opportunities for viewing wild life, incredible halibut fishing, and most importantly your dream trophy black bear could be waiting just around the bend.   On average you will spot 20 to 30 bears per hunt.  We offer hunts from one of our three 30’ custom built Alumaweld vessels.  Each vessel is equipped with a zodiak style raft for motoring  to shore and up river where your trophy black bear awaits.  You will be able to glass the shoreline and upon spotting the bear you want, you will  motor to shore or upriver  and be dropped off so you can begin your stalk.  When you are ready to return, you will give us a buzz on your vhf radio and we will pick you up.  At the end of the hunting day we will return to your lodging which will range anywhere from single room cabins to multi room condos, all surrounded by breathtaking scenic views of the Alaska wilderness.  Vessel based hunting provides easy access to normally hard to reach terrain and there really is no better way to get the job done.

PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND TROPHY BLACK BEAR AND HALIBUT TRIP

Come and hunt the coast of Prince William Sound for trophy black bear.  Our non-guided black bear hunting trips based out of Whittier, Alaska (gateway to the incredible Prince William Sound) offer some of the best black bear hunting in the world.  Prince William Sound is known for its abundant populations of large black bear.  Nothing can compare with a vessel based black bear hunt on the Alaska Coastal Marine Highway.
